Day 01: Early departure from Nairobi, driving south across the rolling Athi Plains and Maasai country to the Amboseli National Park, situated at the foot of Africa's highest mountain, the majestic snow-capped Kilimanjaro. After lunch, we will take you on a game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/tented camp.

Day 02: 0600 hours, tea/coffee will be served and at 0630 hours, an early morning game drive to catch the early risers on film against the magnificent backdrop of the mountain. This is the best time to view the mountain before it gets covered by its mantle of clouds. Return to the lodge for breakfast and rest of the morning is free. Lunch and afternoon game drive returning to the lodge/tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 03: Early breakfast at the lodge and viewing game en route, depart for Tsavo West National Park.

This is Kenya's largest park and a stronghold of the elephants. Arrive at your luxury tented camp in time for lunch and afternoon game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at Camp.

Day 04: On departure after breakfast, you will drive to Mzima Springs, an underwater pool filled with the crystal clear waters of the Chyulu Hills. Here, from an underwater viewing platform, you can see hippo and other aquatic game. Continue along the main highway to Mombasa, Kenya's main seaport and holiday resort. Transfer to your hotel where you will check in for a stay of 3 nights on half board basis. The hotel is situated on a lovely stretch of palm fringed beach and faces the azure Indian Ocean. Dinner and overnight at a hotel.


Day 05,06: Two full days at leisure at the coast, to relax by the pool, on the beach or to indulge in watersport activities offered by the hotel. Optional excursions to Mombasa town, Malindi and the ruins of Gedi, visits to Mamba village and the Bamburi Nature Trail, or a Dhow cruise can be arranged at extra cost. Dinner and two overnights in Mombasa.

Day 07: Depart after breakfast and drive to Taita Hills Lodge. Lunch at the lodge and afternoon transfer to the Salt Lick Lodge. Afternoon game drive in the Sanctuary or at leisure to watch game at the waterhole. Dinner and overnight at Salt Lick Lodge.

Day 08: On departure after breakfast, you will drive along the main highway to Nairobi, where you will arrive in the afternoon hours.
