1. Wild Destinations will act only as an agent for various companies represented in the safaris or tours, on the express condition that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident delay or irregularity arising in connection with the services of any hotel or conveyance used, or through the acts of defaults of any Company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements of tours.

2. Wild Destinations will accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in train, steamer, motor, air or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, civil disturbances, war or threat of war, riots, terrorist activities, fire, epidemics or health risks, technical problems with transport, closed or congested airports or ports, and similar events beyond its control.

3. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. The Company's liability is governed by the respective laws of the country in which the tour takes place, and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the cause of action arise.

4. Wild Destinations reserves the right to employ sub-contractors to carry out all, or part, of the services provided, and in the event of such right, the terms of such clauses above relating to the Company's liability shall apply.

5. Wild Destinations will not be responsible for lost tickets or coupons or adverse weather conditions, and reserves the right to alter any routings or other arrangements, to offer substitutes, or to completely cancel the whole or any portion of a tour should conditions necessitate.
