Experience the true romance of safari by visiting these remote parks in northern Tanzania.

Katavi National Park located in the midst of one of Tanzania's biggest and richest wildlife areas. In the dry season, the remaining pools of the Katuma River are crammed with hippos and crocodiles, while herds of elephants and buffalo are drawn to these remaining water sources, offering the visitor amazing wildlife viewing.

Mahale Mountains National Park so remote that the only practical access to the Camp is by boat. The Park has no roads, only forest tracks and paths made by animals over the years. The sense of seclusion is heightened by the remoteness - flying in over the mountains, you don't see anything for miles and miles, just small villages and fishermen in their dhows.
